Return & Refund Policy
General Policy As our products are custom-made and printed on demand through our production partner (YoyCol), we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
- Your order number
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- Change of mind
- Items that have been used or washed
